Protect your trademark quickly and easily
We have engaged John E. Russell several times over the years to assist with the registration of our company’s trademarks. John has always provided clear and concise counsel regarding our various trademark matters and helps to streamline the process and make it easier to understand. In addition, when the USPTO raised a complex technical objection to an application he ultimately was able to successfully overturn the ruling and secure the registration of the trademark. I am happy to recommend him without hesitation.

The Allmark Trademark Process

Step One:

Is the Trademark Available?

We conduct a basic search of the federal trademark database and all 50 State trademark databases for possible conflicts. We deliver both the search results and our analysis of the findings via email. Although searching is optional, it is highly recommended.
Step Two:

Let’s Talk About It!

As a client of Allmark Trademark, you can give John a call anytime to discuss the results over the phone. Clients typically have many questions about the trademark results, and we are happy to answer them in detail.
Step Three:

Filing The Application

We take the information provided by the client, research whatever other issues are needed, and then prepare and submit the trademark applications ourselves. Since the USPTO does not do “refunds”, we make sure this vital stage is done correctly.

Step Four:

Issues with the USPTO?

As a client of Allmark Trademark, you can give John a call anytime to discuss the results over the phone. Clients typically have many questions about the trademark results, and we are happy to answer them in detail.
